Payment is expected within 14 days of billing, with a 5% processing fee for credit cards. Services billed to insurance may become the caregiver’s responsibility if eligibility lapses. Payment can be made via check or card, and all payments are handled through RAA, with no additional gifts or compensation allowed for RAA staff.

Clients have the right to restrict certain uses of their health information, receive confidential communications, inspect and amend their records, and get an accounting of disclosures. RAA adheres to HIPAA standards to ensure privacy and security.
